Access Control System

The Access Control System is used in order to ensure that persons entering a building or other area are authorized to do so. The system can be configured using single door controllers or multi door controllers. The access control system uses card readers which authorizes the pre issued cards for granting access. The log of the access the specific area can be obtained from the workstation which controls the system. The devices / peripherals (Card Readers, Door Locks, Break Glass) are interfaced with Fire Alarm system. In case of fire or emergency, all the doors associated with access control system will be unlocked automatically.

Gate Barrier System

The Gate Barrier System is provided in the building to provide only authorized access for vehicles into the facility. The authorization for entry for the entry barrier can be provided by remote controls or access card readers. The exit barrier can be automatic which allows exit only for vehicles which is going out from the facility. This is provided by installing a loop detector which controls the exit barrier.

Guest Room Management System (GRMS)

The intelligent solutions are based on interactive technology that compliments a sustainable guest experience. The system manages different scenarios in each guest room, including welcome, living and sleeping settings. Lighting, temperature and curtains can be controlled to suit the activity of the occupant. Settings can either be adjusted in the room by the guest or centrally via the hotel management system. Video Intercom

Video intercom is used to manage calls made at the entrance to a building (residential complex, detached family home,workplace, etc.) with access controlled by audiovisual communication between the inside and outside. The main feature of video intercom is that it enables the person indoors to identify the visitor and, if (and only if) they wish, engage in conversation and/or open the door to allow access to the person calling.

Public Address System

A Public Address System is an electronic system comprising microphones, amplifiers, loudspeakers, and related equipment. It increases the apparent volume (loudness) of ahuman voice, musical instrument, or other acoustic sound source or recorded sound or music. Typical applications include sports stadiums, public transportation vehicles and facilities, and live or recorded music venues and events. A PA system may include multiple microphones or other sound sources, a mixing console to combine and modify multiple sources, and multiple amplifiers and loudspeakers for louder volume or wider distribution.

SMATV / IPTV / Hotel Interactive TV

SMATV is short for Satellite Master Antenna Television, and refers to a system thatuses multiple satellite and broadcast signals to create a single integrated cable signal for distribution to a cabling network. In other words, with a SMATV system you can become your own in-house cable company. The SMATV System is provided in the building distributes the IF signals from the dishes installed in the roof of the building to the units in the building. The tenant could use a receiver to receive the signals from the SMATV outlets in each of the units and watch the television.
